Re-Centering Essence

Amethyst is my go-to essence to help pull me together, especially this past year. Sometimes work is a daily battle and I am always so behind, I struggle with anxiety and grief, all of that. It takes my emotions down a few notches, and it subtly mellows me. I usually put it in my water before I leave for work, and use it 3-4 times a week.

Trying this out

I felt drawn to this gem essence and have started using it and trying to be faithful to the protocol from now on. Will see if it makes a difference. I might try combining it with a sound essence and a bouquet blend that seem to complement this one and fit me and my situation.

It’s working!

We bought this essence for my daughters anxiety and it seemed to strip it away! We are left with a few repetitive negative thoughts that were unrelated so decided to try “stay calm.” Hoping this next one works as great as the last!!!

Life changing

I have had an incredible change.. I have gone from going over the top reactions to things to seeing a more positive choice to take instead.
