Your Day Is Over. Why Is Your Alarm Still On?

For that always-on feeling that follows you into your downtime. A flower-and-frequency bioessence designed to support your nervous system, stress-response pathways, and the emotional patterns that keep you on guard.

Benefits

The work's done, the house is locked up, everyone's taken care of, and nothing's wrong. You're still wired and stuck in fight-or-flight, mind running like the day never ended. You can get calm for a while, and it comes back to the same place.

Nervous System Support is full-system support for that always-on state, from the top down. It carries hertz frequencies for the central nervous system, where the alarm level gets set, for the stress-hormone pathway (hypothalamus, pituitary and adrenals), and for the parasympathetic, rest-and-digest side. It adds seven nutrient and herbal imprints (including magnesium, ashwagandha and saffron) and four flower essences, all in one bottle.

How Nervous System Support may support you:

  • A calmer baseline: For that underlying sense of alertness that follows you even into your downtime.
  • Easing nervous tension: For unwinding after long stretches of mental or emotional demand.
  • Rest and digest: For when you're stuck in fight-or-flight and can't switch off.
  • The ability to stand down: For the feeling that you have to stay ready, responsible and one step ahead of everything.
  • A calmer perspective: For when your mind keeps scanning, anticipating or replaying what happened.
  • Rest without losing your edge: There are no sedating herbs in the bottle, so it fits the middle of a workday as easily as the end of one.

This is a 30ml blend that should last you at least a month.

We recommend taking no more than one blend at a time. Here's why and some possible work arounds.

All of our essences use brandy as a preservative. For more information regarding the brandy as well as alternatives, click here.

Key Ingredients

Nutrient and herbal imprints

An imprint is the frequency of a nutrient or herb, captured in water. There's no physical magnesium, ashwagandha or saffron in the bottle, and an imprint doesn't take the place of the real thing. It works more like a signal to the body.

  • Magnesium L-Threonate — The form of magnesium chosen here for the nervous system, associated with relaxation and mental ease.
  • GABA — A calming neurotransmitter, associated with a mind that can finally slow down.
  • P5P (active vitamin B6) — The active form of vitamin B6, which the body uses to make GABA.
  • Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) — Often called the anti-stress vitamin.
  • Ashwagandha — Traditionally valued in Ayurveda as a rejuvenating tonic, and one of the most widely used herbs for everyday stress today.
  • Saffron — Prized in Persian medicine for centuries, and a fast-rising name in stress support.
  • Reishi — Traditionally valued in Chinese medicine for easing the mind and restoring energy.

Flower essences

Blue Vervain: when your drive outruns your limits
Blue Vervain is for the person whose mind overrides their body, pushing through long after the body is asking for a break, and holding it as tension in the neck, shoulders and upper back. It supports easing the effects of stress that come from mental exertion and sustained focus. Emergencies, deadlines and intense concentration for too long can set you up for stress patterns that show up physically.

Blue Lupine: when your mind keeps scanning for the next problem
For worry loops and "what if" spirals that won't quit, where one little trigger (a sound, a smell, a memory) puts you right back in that on-guard state. Blue Lupine supports your nervous system in finding a calmer baseline, for when it needs to remember that not everything is an emergency.

Lettuce: when you can't find the off-position
Body exhausted, mind sprinting. Lettuce is for a nervous system that has lost access to its own off-position: the wired-and-tired pattern, and the kind of tension a cup of tea or a warm bath can't shift.

Lemon Balm: for when everything has been too much for too long
Lemon Balm facilitates a deep natural relaxation and eases anxious feelings, whether the worry is about something obvious or something lurking in the background of your mind. It eases the velocity of the mind. It's a restorer after stress from modern civilization and from being around too many people or stretched too thin.

Hertz frequencies

These four sets run from the top down: the brain, where the alarm level gets set, the stress-hormone pathway that carries the signal, and the rest-and-digest side that's supposed to take over once it's done.

Central Nervous System: Where the Alarm Level Gets Set
0.9, 0.92, 32.73, 293.7, 329.03, 415.84, 423.47, 472.14, 512.14, 629.9
Your brain takes in what's happening and decides how alert you need to be, and sometimes it keeps that level high long after the day calls for it. This set is for a calmer nervous system when you're stuck on high alert.

The next two sets are for the stress-hormone pathway, the chain of signals your body runs when it's under pressure.

Stress-Hormone Pathway: Hypothalamus and Pituitary
0.13, 0.57, 6.75, 71.21, 101.15, 347.5, 579.5, 690, 775.87, 816.9
The hypothalamus and pituitary send the signals that tell the adrenal glands you're under stress. This set is for the top of that chain, where the stress signal starts.

Stress-Hormone Pathway: Adrenals
0.07, 5.5, 73.3, 134.25, 357.3, 454.37, 519.68, 689.41, 712.23, 993.41
The adrenal glands answer those signals and make cortisol, the body's main stress hormone. This set is for the adrenal end of the pathway.

Parasympathetic Nervous System: Rest and Digest
0.13, 0.37, 0.78, 0.9, 213.52, 335.53, 413.98, 635, 795.22, 826.32
The parasympathetic nervous system is associated with the body's return to rest after activity or stress. The vagus nerve is one important part of this system. This set is for the side of you that's supposed to take over once the day is done.

When the Day Is Done, You Can Be Too

You've spent enough hours anticipating, responding, and holding everything together. When the demands of the day finally end, you should be able to enjoy that time, too.

That's what Nervous System Support was created for. To support you in finding your way out of that always-on state, so you can feel off duty when you're actually off duty.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Nervous System Support Bioessence?

Nervous System Support Bioessence is a flower and frequency blend for the always-on state: wired after the day is done, stuck in fight-or-flight, unable to come down even when nothing's wrong. It combines four flower essences, seven nutrient and herbal imprints, and four hertz frequency sets in one bottle.

What is a bioessence?

A bioessence is water that holds several frequency layers in one bottle: flower essences, imprints of nutrients and herbs, and hertz frequencies. There's no physical herb, nutrient or essential oil inside. Each imprint is the frequency of the substance it's named for, and it works more like a signal to the body.

How do I take Nervous System Support Bioessence?

Add 4 drops to water, tea or any beverage.

Does Nervous System Support contain sedating herbs?

No. There are no physical herbs in the bottle at all. Ashwagandha, saffron and reishi are there as imprints, the frequency of each one, so Nervous System Support fits the middle of a workday as easily as the end of one.

Do I still need my magnesium or other supplements?

An imprint doesn't take the place of the real thing. If you already take magnesium, B vitamins or herbs, Nervous System Support doesn't replace them, and its imprints don't add to the amount of anything you take. Keep doing what's working for you.

What's the difference between Nervous System Support and Adrenal Support?

Nervous System Support is for being stuck on high alert: wired, tense and unable to come down even when nothing's happening. Adrenal Support is for feeling drained, foggy and running on empty after long stress. The two overlap, and many people feel some of both. If they both sound like you, start with the one that's stronger right now.

How is Nervous System Support different from Stay Calm, Stress-Less or Peaceful Sleep?

Nervous System Support is for the always-on state that runs through the day and into the evening. Stay Calm is for worries and nerves in hard moments, like speaking up. Stress-Less is for cramming too much into too little time. Peaceful Sleep is for thoughts that keep you awake at night.

Can I take Nervous System Support with another Freedom Flowers blend?

We recommend one blend at a time. If Nervous System Support and another blend both fit, start with the one that matches what's strongest right now, then move to the next.
