I have no effects, no changes Im aware of. I m only 2weeks into it
A couple weeks after starting this essence I felt I was going into a slump. So I checked in with myself, checked in with my spirit and was so clearly and easily in tune with what was going on. I saw her with arms crossed over her chest and like a child sort of stating “this is just too hard”. I was able in that moment to easily minister to my spirit and feel a greater sense of awareness for exactly what was going on. I’d say that was a shift from the essence. I have felt more sensitive to what is going on with my spirit on a daily basis.
